Donley Construction Consultants (DCC) serves clients seeking resolution of disputes and controversies arising from construction projects; their design, contracts or sales. We work on public, commercial and residential buildings where the discovery and recording of data is primary.

What DCC offers is our experience in knowing what to observe, what to record, and how to present it. We strive to solve controversies in the trades at all stages of construction, from design to close-out of a project and beyond.

The company grew out of John Donley’s training as an expert witness. In 1982, John’s mentor Everett Murphy, an experienced contractor, taught him to listen to his senses in familiarizing himself with a building, make records and form opinions based on the data. Murphy said, “You saw it, you touched it, you measured it, you took photos of it, or you don’t know. Based on what you saw, you are entitled to have an opinion.”
